Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. Paypal will be an option in the near future.

We accept most major credit cards, apart from American Express. If you have difficulty paying please telephone us on 0800 027 2470 or 01344 876955 and other payment methods can be arranged easily, although they are not yet available through the site.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Please note our standard postage and packaging rate of £7+ VAT. Orders over £100 (excluding VAT) will be shipped free of charge. We do not ship outside of England for this fee unless by prior arrangement. Delivery can be arranged worldwide, please contact us if unsure if your region is covered or to arrange a delivery quotation. No order will be accepted where the delivery cost has been reduced or amended without prior consent.

On many occasions it is possible to despatch the order for next day delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed unless by prior agreement. Our delivery schedule is below.

Delivery Schedule Unless stated otherwise we will normally despatch your order within 48 hours (normal working week) of receiving it, on a next day courier, so you can expect your goods to arrive in around 3 working days. In some rare circumstances this may be longer but you will be notified if expected to be longer than 7 days. If you have concerns or goods are required urgently please contact us and we will try to help. International orders are taken subject to our discretion and delivery will be discussed specifically relating to that order should it be accepted.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use a Secure payment gateway for all purchases, full details are available upon request.
Guarantee Our products are sourced from a variety of manufacturers, so they carry different guarantees. Most products carry at least a five year mechanical guarantee, but please call us prior to ordering to check any products you are interested in specifically. We always guarantee satisfaction however, and if you are unhappy with your products please notify us withing 7 days and we will issue a refund or replacement according to requirements upon receipt of the returned goods. Privacy Policy Shop4Handles do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Any goods that are received incorrect, damaged or faulty must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and either a replacement or refund will be arranged. If goods need to be sent back to us please do so via recorded delivery or by other arrangement with us within 7 days as missing packages will not be refunded. Once returned items are received and assesed by us, a replacement or refund including the cost of carriage back to us will be arranged.

If you are simply unhappy with your goods, please inform us within 7 days of receiving them and we will either arrange a replacement or refund excluding the cost of delivery. All items must be returned in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt including all packaging, fixings and manuals. Incomplete returned goods will not be eligible for refund. The cost of delivery back to us for such goods will be the responsibilty of the consumer. Returns accepted after this period are at our discretion. Customers returning flawless goods regularly may have their privilege to purchase from us removed.

Special order goods including custom made, custom finish and special non-stock items can only be returned if faulty or incorrect and we are notified within 7 working days. In special circumstances we may accept non faulty special or bespoke items for return. This is entirely at our discretion and such items will be subject to a minimum re-stocking charge of 30% of the value of the goods.

If an order is cancelled prior to the despatch of goods (confirmed via email) you are entitled to a full refund. Where large orders for items not in stock are placed, we may ask for written confirmation of non-cancellation or reserve the right to charge for any reasonable expense incurred to ourselves, such as a restocking charge from our supplier, or any carriage charges incurred, as a result of an order cancellation.
