Product Spotlight: Levers on a round rose

Like most interior decor, the popularity of different styles of door handle and door knob rises and falls with different fashion trends. In recent years, the preferred style of door handle for most people looking for a contemporary finish to their property, has leaned more and more towards the lever on round rose, especially in a chrome or satin chrome finish. You may not be aware that there are now even designs in dual finishes of polished and satin chrome on the same door handle. Our most popular designs are the Aurelia or the Gamma styles, although the Verde lever is joining the field late and has the advantage of matching espagnolette exterior door handles also available.

All of our modern style lever on rose designs that feature a concealed rose (where you can’t see the screwholes) feature bolt-through fixing holes and the fixings, so that if you desire you can bolt the levers through the door leaf to the handle on the other side. This makes the handles very secure, and we can’t guarantee they will survive children swinging on them (or adults for that matter!), they should be secure even when fitted to hollow-core doors. This bolt-through fixing design is one of the reasons this style of lever became popular in the commercial sector, and it is now proving a useful innovation in the domestic and residential field as well. Make sure the latches or locks you are using feature holes through the case to allow the handles to bolt between them without interrupting the function.
